Installer Apps 3rd Party iPhone Apps & 3rd Party iPod Touch Apps

This is something I slipped into each post about a month ago. Since then I have updated a lot of the older applications with this as well. . .but each new application will have this icon. . .

The only difference is that this image doesn’t link to anything. If you are viewing InstallerApps.com on your iPhone or iPod Touch, of course you will not see the Revver flash video for the application. Instead you will see some text telling you to download the latest flash player.

However under this text, you will see this icon(toward the center of the page). ‘Touch’ this on your iPhone or iPod Touch and it will exit safari and open up the YouTube application and begin playing the video.

Note - On brand new posts you might get the error ‘YouTube not available’ when YouTube tries to play the video on your iPod Touch or iPhone. This is because YouTube has yet to convert the video to h.264(since this is very CPU intensive. . .YouTube takes its time). After an hour or two(depending on what time of the day it is) it will work correctly.

We almost have 500 RSS subscribers. . .which is AMAZING. I feel this will make it easier for our readres to access to our content. . .much like our RSS feed does.
