This is a rumor. . .I say this because I only see one website reporting it right now. . .with no sources/links.

The firmware version “2.0″ is said to have a plugin for MobileSafari that will allow you to watch YouTube videos on websites.

You heard it here first, people! The latest version of the iPhone 2.0 firmware that was just seeded to developers has a YouTube plugin for MobileSafari.app! We’re not sure at this point if this is using the same method as the native YouTube app that just works in Safari or if this is some sort of “Flash” support, if you will. We’re going to dive a little deeper and try and figure this all out for you, so we’ll keep y’all updated!
