This received a LOT of hype when it was first released. Sadly after reviewing this application. . .I personally think it could be better. This is GREAT for music. . .no complaints there. However for TV, Movies, and any other videos. . .even though it does play, the audio can go in and out of sync.
A feature that I would love to see is the ability to scan through the video. I would use an application like this if I were watching something on my computer(or streamed over the network to my TV) and had to get up for some reason. I would open this application, go to the episode/movie I was watching, and skip to the same part I was at. This is just me though.
As far as a quick and easy way to access your videos and music(no matter what format they are) from anywhere on the internet.

The sound syncing usually corrects itself after a bit–maybe it needs to buffer more? Anyway, great app, so far. One thing it’s missing is the ability to display on a TV, like the YouTube application does. If you plug your ipod into the cradle and play a video, it will not prompt you to display on tv. If it did that, it would be almost flawless…
