June 30, 08 by DougIn this update to PocketTouch the developer changed quite a few things. They changed the way the volume bar works. . .and also optimized the code(making the application feel quicker). . .with the application running “about 400% better”.

Twitter Updates Working(Better)
June 29, 08 by DougA few days ago I let everyone know that I created a Twitter account for InstallerApps.com.
Sadly the first plugin I used for this didn’t work correctly with ‘future posts’. Normally I setup posts for the next day. . .the night before(around 2am – 4am). When I set a post up for the next day it would send the update to Twitter. . .but since it wasn’t published yet. . .you would get a ‘page not found’ error.
After looking for other plugins that would fix this issue. . .other issues came up. Today though, I found a plugin that fixes everything(the 4th one I downloaded and tried).

Loading ...Zebra Stripes
June 28, 08 by DougI’ve been having an issue with my iPod Touch lately. So I would be changing themes. . .and taking screenshots for SMBThemes.com. Then all of a sudden it would reboot my iPod. . .and about 30-45 seconds after the Apple logo, I would see black and white stripes scrolling down the screen. . .and flashing over and over. I thought this would fix itself if I let it sit there, but sadly it did not.
I thought it was the MMiThemer application. . .but after some research it seems that this happens because of the application ‘Screenshot’.
I can’t fully say that this is the reason or not. . .but I am testing this today. I will use Capture instead of Screenshot. . .and hopefully it will prevent me from having to restore again(I’ve had to restore ~4-5 times over the past 2 weeks). It’s just surprising that I never had this issue before. I mean I have been using the Screenshot application for months.
Have you had this issue that forced you to restore?
