In this update to HidePod, they added rudimentary picture viewing. . .whatever that is. I didn’t see anymore details under the developer’s notes.

I guess it just means that you can now hide photos along with apps/videos.

Mhh… that’s kind of a problem with your videos.

Most of the time you just open the application and that’s it. I know how time consuming it can get and I appreciate what you do. But many times I want more than just a sneak peak.

    Anyway. Thanks.

So I bought this app a while back to clean up my spring board and hide some less than flattering videos and was waiting for the picture hiding ability. Finally it’s here and you know what, it sucks. If you have a lot of scandalous photos that you want to keep on your iphone/ipod touch then you’d better find something better cause this app is awful for that. It’s okay for videos, but for the photos I expected a batch hide feature or a hide album option, but nope you have to hide each photo individually and it takes for ever. hopefully they’ll solve this with the new firmware and find a way to hide full albums from the photo app.

@t3ckno i could see them using the same ‘batch’ system that they’re using with the new email application

@Ottmar I’m pretty sure I went through the application on the original post(which I link to in this post). . .but I understand, I will try to be more thorough in the future

and was it me or dose it no longer hide apps from the spring board? I tried playing with all the features to see if I was missing something and got no where fast, I’d have to say this version of hide pod failed,

Can’t Hide apps from spring board

Copying Images 1 By 1, and it takes a long time to do it, and the app has hard time resizing Photo’s

And the guy has no way of e-mailing him as far as I can tell I tried mailing his pay-pal e-mail but got a mail demon return saying couldn’t be delivered,

Also can’t find it in the install list ho hum
