AppBackup is a program for the iPhone and iPod Touch that lets you back up and restore the saved data and settings for your App Store apps.

Sadly if you aren’t comfortable going through SSH to download these backups. . .then this application isn’t for you. Maybe adding a feature that lets you email the backups could fix this, but until then you’ll need to get used to applications like WinSCP(or the Mac alternative).
