Steam installer always fails at 27%. It apparently requires all network ports to be open and either the pdanet or cellular carrier block some of them. Not recommended. But drains your battery faster than you can charge it. Even plugged into a wall charger, I couldn't keep the battery up. Made my iPhone super hot as well. But works great! Works like a charm!
