Change the boot logo on the iPhone without having to rejailbreak or restore.
LogoMe is here to do one simple task, change your boot image. I’m sure your familiar with custom boot images when ‘pwning’ your iPhone or iPod Touch. LogoMe does this without having you restore your firmware.
The process is simple, my only gripe is you cannot use images on your phone, or browse the web for logos within the app. You must find the logo and enter the url to download the file, then install. But none the less a good app if you like a little customization when booting up.

Awesome! A couple of times I’ve accidentally bypassed the ‘insert custom image’ during the jailbreak process.

I’m among the growing amount of people who have tried this app, and for whatever reason gets nothing but a black screen instead of a custom image. Multiple requests to the app author have gotten no response whatsoever.
If it works for you, great! But if it doesn’t work for you and now – like me – you have no boot logo, don’t expect any help.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! i just tried to and it put my phone i dfu… i lost everything! i hate this app!!!!

it seems to work for 2.1 firmware jailbroken iphone.
but how do you restore the logo back to stock? makes my phone boot up really slow when you turn it on. takes about 45 sec to boot when usually its about 15-20 sec with the stock logo.

It’s a good app. I got a standard iphone-sized wallpaper jpg to work as my bootlogo. No noticable slow-down of boot, however, switching to the original would be nice.

I have a iphone w/2.1 firmware. I get a black screen as well. Even tried my own url w/no luck. This app sucks!

Didn’t work for me either, although is says it works for 2.2.1. I thought then that it only works for iPhones (I have an iPod Touch), but now I see that people have had the same problem with iPhones also…
Don’t use it, unless you really need to… Or, unless its author fixes whatever problem there is.

I just installed this app on my just lailbroken ipod touch 2ng gen with the firmware 2.2.1 and the interface look completely different then the pics show on ths page here. Also I was able to load my bootup logo from the photos i had on my ipod i didt’t have to do a url so far I have changed my bootup logo 3 times and it has worked perfect for me.
