Caution When Upgrading PdaNet to 1.40
November 13, 08 by DougThe latest update puts the application in ‘trial mode’ and after so many days(without paying for the full version) only “HTTP connections are allowed (basic websites only, can’t even access HTTPS (secure) sites)”.
I hear the price for the full version is 29 dollars so beware.

too late, I have upgraded 2 days back and now it’s saying trial. Where can I find older version?
