Apple Sued Over the iPhone’s Browser

A company named EMG Technology is now suing Apple over “the way the iPhone navigates the Internet”. It’s just been a month since EMG was granted their patent. . .but it seems they are very serious about it.

Something has to be done about this. I don’t know, I feel that just because someone can think of an idea to something, then they have all the rights for it. If that person doesn’t have the resources to follow through and produce/create it. . .then it’s their loss. The patent itself is said to be quite ‘broad’, which in my eyes makes this even worse.
