Have an Idea for an iPhone Application?
January 23, 09 by DougIf so, then I invite you to submit your ideas to this new website.
Every now and then I get an idea for an iPhone app that I would love to see in the App Store. Applications that I would be happy to pay for simply because it would make my life so much easier. Sadly I’m not an iPhone developer so I would have no way of making it myself.
So this is a website that I’ve been working on for about a week and now I have everything setup for an official launch. The website is. . .
www.AppConception.com – Where iPhone Apps Are Born
This is also a great place for iPhone developers looking for an idea for their next application.
The website is built on Pligg, so it works very similar to Digg.com. The one downfall is that you have to signup with an account before you submit an idea. The only reason why I do this is to prevent spam(so I can ban people who abuse the system). I was sure to setup the privacy policy so that you know your details(specifically email address) will not be sold or shared with anyone else.
The website is in a very early stage, but everything works and that is whats important(right?). If you have any ideas, please let me know.

Looks good. I submitted my idea for selective mail notification. Hopefully someone out there is a Blackberry->iPhone switcher and misses this functionality.

Thanks! The site is brand new so ideas might be slow until more people find out about it(hopefully it spreads quickly)

when people are out and about and don’t have time to shop then you could have application icon in which any person can touch the shopper icon and you will have access to different supermarkets like tesco, adsa, sainbury’s, ect. When you log on any site that you are commited to. You can logo in to your account ,lets say tesco and order all your food, drink ect , so when you get home it will arrive when you want it to.
Many Thanks
