Pedobear – the most famous internet who really like to be added to many photos.
I don’t think I’ve ever had as much fun with an app as I have with this one. Seriously, something so simple has kept me entertained for hours. Hours!
The internet sensation is available on your iPhone, and despite the lack of proper grammar in the product description (don’t look at me, I just retype that stuff), it really is a bear that can fit into just about every photo you can throw at it.
You can flip the bear, adjust his size and move him/her about the screen as you see fit.
Install the app, click through the myriad bears and pick the one that tickles your fancy and go to town. You can even click random if you just can’t decide.
(As an aside, I cannot tell you why it asks for your location, just click, “Don’t Allow” if you’re not comfortable with sharing that.)

@JASMINE: You should be able to find it through the BigBoss Source. Just click search and type “Pedobear” That should get you the app.
@SAM: Unfortunately, this app does not allow for uploading of your own. You can try to contact the author, however, and see if yours could be added in a future update.
