When you search for ‘iPhone Apps’ in the podcast section of iTunes. . .you get 5 results. The first of which is the InstallerApps.com podcast! I called it ‘iPhone Apps Reviewed’, so you can also search for that as well. We are more than twice as popular than the other podcasts.
Let me thank you all for the success so far. After checking the Feedburner stats there is currently over 300 subscribers in iTunes. The best part is, the more that subscribe. . .the more come here, and then better the community gets. So go tell your friends. . .keep spreading the word!

(2 votes, average: 5 out of 5) Loading ...When I first decided on getting an iPod Touch instead of an iPhone, I thought I wouldn’t miss much. I mean I didn’t need a camera. . .what would I use a microphone for if I couldn’t make calls.
Over time I have come to the conclusion that personally I’m not missing much, instead. . .its the visitors here that miss out. I have been thinking about it for a while and this comment makes sense, even though Sam is totally off base.
Also, with the launch of the iPhone 3G this friday. . .I think the first iPhone will sell for cheap on eBay(especially a 4GB one). So with your help(hopefully), I have setup a donation widget in the sidebar to the right.
There is no minimum either. . .donations as small as $1 will still help.
UPDATE - I just wanted to give a quick thanks to both Steve(1st) and Bryan(2nd) for their early donations. I have setup a donations page that will give me a change to thank everyone who donates.

(8 votes, average: 3.38 out of 5) Loading ...When I recently opened the comments here, a reader brought up the fact that the videos were blurry. I was aware of this, and go on to explain that it was because of poor lighting that I had to use a setting on the camera called “automatic rightlight”. Which is a great feature if you’re just taking pictures. . .but when you’re filming motion it sort of messes things up.
So after reading that I went to the local Walmart to look for some bright bulbs. I changed the one I was using and then brought in another lamp(with another bright bulb).
This seems to have helped the videos. As you can tell, the two videos posted on Monday were using the new lights. Now the screen isn’t as bright. . .which I am sort of bummed about. But I will definitely continue tweaking this . . .so hopefully I can make the videos look better and better.
Do you see any difference in the videos posted on Monday and the videos posted last week?
Is it better, worse, or does it even matter(maybe you don’t watch the videos)?

Nintendo has done a great job at proving the ‘causal video game market’ is nothing to scoff at. Take a look at the online casual game market they’re able to bring in over $1 billion in annual sales.
It’s been just over a year since Apple released the 1st generation iPhone. . .and already casual games have made their mark. Below is a list of the top 25 games for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

I have plugged the RSS feed of my Revver videos into Feedburner. . .and let Feedburner set up the feed for iTunes. Now you can subscribe to our daily videos(normally 2 per day) right in your iTunes client.

I read that it might take a week until it shows up in the iTunes store(by searching). . .but until then you can just click the link above. . .or click the link in the sidebar(top right).
The more that subscribe the better it will ‘rank’ in iTunes. So please, everyone go subscribe(even if you have to unsubscribe later. . .it still helps).
Note - It will day a day or two until all 300+ videos are up in iTunes. . .right now it’s only showing the first 16, this will change soon though.

To prevent spam I will be moderating ONLY the comments that include a link to somewhere. This combined with the ability to ban specific IP-Addresses should be good enough. If not, I’ll have to change it back to the old way, but I think it’ll be good.
Recently I did the something similar, and allowed all visitors to rate applications. This has improved the Best iPhone Apps section, so I would like to try this with comments as well.

Sadly the first plugin I used for this didn’t work correctly with ‘future posts’. Normally I setup posts for the next day. . .the night before(around 2am - 4am). When I set a post up for the next day it would send the update to Twitter. . .but since it wasn’t published yet. . .you would get a ‘page not found’ error.
After looking for other plugins that would fix this issue. . .other issues came up. Today though, I found a plugin that fixes everything(the 4th one I downloaded and tried).
