psx4iphone has been updated and now works on the 2.1 firmware(and I assume 2.0/2.0.1/2.0.2 as well). I can only assume the issue with the controller means that this is a ‘working release’.

Version 0.5.5 mame4iphone is a port of the MAME emulator for the iPhone and iPod Touch! Based on MAME v0.37 Beta 5, it supports over 2000 ROMs! You will need to upload your ROMs to /var/mobile/Media/ROMs/MAME/roms.
